In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Avventura Global Ltd, and “you” means the customer buying from us or using this website.

  1. Using this website

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
2.2. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
2.3. We may suspend or withdraw the website at any time for maintenance, updates or other reasons.

  1. Our products

3.1. We specialise in roasted coffee and related products.
3.2. Product descriptions, tasting notes and images are for guidance only. Coffee is an agricultural product and natural variation in flavour, aroma and appearance is normal.
3.3. We make every effort to display colours and packaging accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display them exactly as they appear in real life.
3.4. All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.

  1. Prices and payment

4.1. All prices shown on this website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2. We may change prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout at the moment you place your order.
4.3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout (for example Stripe, credit/debit card, PayPal – as available).
4.4. Your order is not accepted and will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

  1. Orders and contract

5.1. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that we have accepted it.
5.2. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email or otherwise confirm dispatch of your order.
5.3. We may decline an order, for example if:

  • the product is out of stock,
  • there is an error in pricing or description,
  • we suspect fraud or misuse, or
  • we are unable to verify payment details.
  1. Delivery

6.1. We deliver to the locations shown at checkout. Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are displayed during the order process.
6.2. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier issues, weather, strikes or peak-season volumes).
6.3. Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide.
6.4. Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  1. Returns and refunds

7.1. Coffee is a fresh, food-grade product and is generally classed as perishable. This means that in many cases it cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a quality issue or the product is faulty.
7.2. Full details of how returns work are set out in our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please read that policy carefully before placing an order.
7.3. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@coffeeavventura.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

  1. Allergies and dietary information

8.1. Our coffee products may be roasted and packed in environments where other allergens are present.
8.2. We do our best to share accurate information on ingredients and potential allergens, but it is your responsibility to check labels and decide whether a product is suitable for you or the person you are buying for.
8.3. If you have any questions about allergens, please contact us before placing an order.

  1. Accounts and security (if applicable)

9.1. You may be able to create an account on our website to store your details and view past orders.
9.2. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
9.3. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must let us know immediately.

10.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Avventura Global Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10.3. You may print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

  1. Our responsibility to you

11.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
  • any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11.2. Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • any loss that is not caused by our breach or negligence,
  • any business losses, such as loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or opportunity, or
  • any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you placed your order.

11.3. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

12.1. Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example payment providers or courier tracking pages).
12.2. These sites and services are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms of use.
