Thank you for shopping with Coffee Avventura, a brand owned by Avventura Global Ltd.
We want you to be happy with every order. Because coffee is a fresh, food-grade product, there are a few practical limits on what we can take back. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Who we are

2. Returns for coffee and other perishable products
Our coffees are roasted to order and classed as perishable goods. For food and drink, UK consumer law allows sellers to limit returns where products are:
- made to order, or
- likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns of opened bags or coffee that has simply been “not to taste”.
We may accept returns where:
- we sent the wrong product, grind or quantity, or
- the product arrives damaged or clearly faulty.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@coffeeavventura.com, including:
- order number
- photos of the product and packaging
- a short description of the issue.
We’ll review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund of the affected items.
3. Non-coffee products
For non-perishable items (for example accessories or merchandise) bought online you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging and resellable.
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@coffeeavventura.com before sending anything back.
Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, please email hello@coffeeavventura.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Depending on the situation we may:
- resend the correct items,
- offer a partial refund, or
- issue store credit.
5. Sale items and promotions
Sale items and limited promotions are non-refundable unless faulty.
Where a refund is given, it will be based on the price actually paid after discounts.
6. Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where:
- we shipped the wrong item, or
- the product was faulty or damaged and we accept responsibility.
